Renovation of a SOHO District loft space into office and research space for two companies that protect the intellectual rights of artists. The design incorporated providing storage space for a large collection of artist's transparencies with future room for growth and to maintain an open office environment to allow for the penetration of natural light in to the main work spaces. |
