The project entailed the transformation of an existing motel-like small hotel it into an upscale charming Inn that reflects the sophisticated location and clientele of the surrounding area. The scope of work included constructing a new entrance lobby and remodeling a 90 room hotel with a Conference Center, a Pub/Lounge, Banquet Facilities, and Gameroom to create an environment that attracts the New York business market and their families. |
