158 W 27th Street – Building Conversion / Rehabilitation
Tobin + Parnes Design working with Louis Dreyfus Property Group, orchestrated this buildings conversion from a traditionally detailed loft-style factory building to a commercial loft building, outlining, designing and establishing the buildings rehabilitation master plan. Construction for the building conversion is anticipated to start the fourth quarter of 2009 and will transform the existing Midtown South building into Class A loft style office building. |
