The design objective was to create an exciting, unique retail / entertainment destination that would engage all aspects of the urban customer’s senses, emotions and lifestyle. This 20,000 s.f. store is a “stores within a store” concept and showcases 22 shops / vendors on two levels, individually designed to highlight each designer’s brand. The entertainment factor plays a major role - there is a DJ booth, hundreds of video screens, theatrical lighting, state of the art sound system, video programming, fog machines, and color changing LED lights. The successful design was honored as First Place/Retail Store Design of the Year by Chain Store Age Magazine.
