Haru is a modern Japanese restaurant group known for their striking designs. With nine high profile restaurants in New York, Philadelphia and Boston, The Haru brand is recognized for its inventive cuisine and inviting atmosphere. 

Tobin | Parnes acted as the Architect of Record and Project Manager for the design and construction of this high-end, Times Square Japanese Cuisine restaurant.  Working directly with the Owner, Benihana, and world renowned Interior Designer, Tony Chi & Associates, TPDE coordinated the interior design and architectural aspects of the project; providing construction documentation and construction administration services for the restaurant to ensure code compliance, complete program development, overall design and construction review.
