Andrea B. Dibner
Andrea Dibner is a principal at Tobin+Parnes Design Enterprises. Andrea’s strengths and contributions are many. They include a highly developed sense of architectural design, construction means and methods, and knowledgeable and precise project management.
Andrea, whose training is in architecture, civil engineering and construction management, works with clients, oversees and coordinates TPDE design teams and project schedules, reviews drawings, analyzes building technologies, reviews project budgets and ensures code compliance. Andrea is meticulous, analytical and a leader. She identifies potential issues before projects begin and is well suited to guide clients through the complexities of building today.
Andrea Dibner received a BA in Architecture from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY and an ME in Civil Engineering and Construction Management from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ. She is the recipient of numerous awards and scholarships, including The Dobbelaar Family Award for Outstanding Performance in Construction Management, New York Society of Architects’s Matthew W. Del Gaudio Memorial Award for Outstanding Achievement in the Profession and for Excellence in Total Design, Pratt Excellence in Design Award, Pratt Circle Award, Williams Trust Scholarship, Fisher Scholarship, Presidential Scholar Award and Smith Scholarship.
Andrea is an associate member of the American Institute of Architects and the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
